Job Title: Ontario in Studio & Corona & Riverside Music Instructor (Piano, Guitar, Drum, Voice, Violin, and Band Coach) - Multi-Instrument Instructor will have priority

Vibrant Music Lab is seeking music instructors who share our philosophy of "Love Before Learning" which prioritizes nurturing students' love for music and providing student-centered teaching

Position Overview:

At Vibrant Music Lab, our top priority is finding teachers who can build strong connections with their students. We're looking for instructors who can relate to students, make lessons enjoyable and engaging, and put the students' needs at the center of their teaching. While having a college degree is a plus, it's not a strict requirement; we value equivalent experience in music and teaching just as much.

Responsibilities:

• We appreciate instructors who can teach various instruments, with expertise in at least one instrument, but it's not mandatory. Being proficient in at least one of the following is important: piano, guitar, drums, voice, violin, and coaching bands to students of various ages and skill levels (optional)
• Have strong personalities that endear the student to you, and be concerned about student's musical growth, success and musical interests.
• Capable of providing one-on-one instruction to individual students, and if you can conduct group lessons, that's a significant advantage.Be available for 1-3 days per week on an ongoing basis.
• Be able to work with students aged 5 years old and up.
• Optional Opportunity: Collaborate with Vibrant Music Lab's private school program, providing opportunities for high-paying jobs and valuable teaching experiences and group teaching opportunities

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in music or in your main instrument preferred. But not required with equivalent experience in instrument and teaching.
• Prior teaching experience is a plus.
• Musical proficiency and a strong desire to help students fall in love with music.
• Must be reliable and responsible with schedules, lessons, communications
