On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business where you will work on technically challenging mechanical systems, supporting both product design and manufacturing operations across the shop floor. This company has a strong reputation within the industrial manufacturing sector and is known for developing engineers into senior technical and leadership positions. You will work closely with project management, production, and engineering teams to support new and existing product lines while driving manufacturing efficiency and design improvements. In this role, you will be involved in mechanical design, reviewing customer specifications, supporting fabrication and assembly teams, and assisting with the development of engineered systems and production processes. You will play a key role between engineering and manufacturing operations to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately. This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with a background in industrial equipment, engines, power systems, manufacturing, or heavy mechanical assemblies who enjoys both design engineering and hands-on manufacturing support.
