What You'll Do
Provide leadership and oversight for all laboratory operations in the Blood Bank Manage and supervise laboratory technologists and staff, including full-time and PRN personnel Perform and review testing to ensure accurate, timely results Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols Develop and maintain laboratory policies and procedures Collaborate with medical staff to support patient care needs Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as required
What You Need
Valid Laboratory Director license and Blood Bank certification Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical laboratory operations, with emphasis on Blood Bank Proven leadership skills in a laboratory environment Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to work flexible hours and manage a team effectively
