Job Description In the AXS Service team composed of 11 people, including 8 after-sales engineers distributed throughout France, and 3 back-office staff, you will intervene in the western part of France but also in the rest of France and occasionally in the Maghreb for the maintenance of machines of our AXS division. After having followed an internal training, abroad and in France, you will be in charge of the technical support of our customers. This mission consists of providing a high level of support and accompaniment to our customers, which includes: installations, customer training on use, curative and preventive maintenance as well as telephone support. All these operations will be carried out directly on the customer site. The position is itinerant, and you are ideally located between Rennes and Paris. Responsibilities
Prepare installations by verifying internal and client technical prerequisites Install systems on site and ensure their commissioning, as well as user training Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with contractual commitments Diagnose and resolve malfunctions (on site or remotely) Ensure customer follow-up and maintain a quality relationship Write intervention reports and ensure reporting in dedicated tools Act as a liaison between the client and expert teams for complex issues Contribute to technical estimates and quotations based on the installed base
Qualifications
Appetite for an itinerant position: the position covers the entire French territory with occasional trips to Europe, the Maghreb Driving license B and national/international mobility Training in electronics/engineering or equivalent Experience in analytical instrumentation or equipment maintenance (ideally XRF/XRD) Good level of English (B2 minimum) Customer service attitude and good communication skills Autonomy, organization, and analytical spirit
