Drei verschiedene Übernachtungskonzepte, verteilt auf sieben Häuser, sorgen für Abwechslung und bieten Gästen aus aller Welt und jeglichen Altersgruppen ein passendes Angebot. Spezialisiert ist das Hotel auf kreative Seminare und Musikproben, sowie auf Ferien für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen. Weitere Kundensegmente sind Familien, Wochenendgäste sowie Sportbegeisterte und Geschäftskunden.

Aufgaben
Willkommen im Hotel Allegro in Einsiedeln
Als geübte Rezeptionskraft übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Wohl unserer Gäste. Die Aufgaben sind wie folgt:
- Erbringung von diversen Dienstleistungen am Front Desk wie Check-in und Check-out
- Bedienen der Telefonanlage, Sicherheitsrundgänge am Abend
- Erstellen von Offerten, Rechnungen, Tagesabschlüssen, Menükarten, etc.
- Entgegennahme & Bearbeitung der Reservationen im Hotel-, Seminar- & Bankettbereich
- Gewährleisten eines reibungslosen Rezeptionsablaufs im Früh- und Spätdienst (Teildienste sind nur selten der Fall) - keinen Nachtdienst
- Bearbeitung der verschiedenen Buchungskanäle und Anpassung der "Daily Rate"
- Informationsweitergabe innerhalb der Rezeption und zugunsten anderer Abteilungen als Schlüsselstelle in unserem Beherbergungsbetrieb
- Teilnahme an monatlichen Abteilungssitzungen sowie Schulungen und fachgerechter Umgang im Bezug auf IT-Sicherheitsbelange (E-Mail, USB, Virenschutz, etc.)
- Professioneller Umgang bei Gästebeanstandungen
- Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
- Ansprechperson für Veranstalter (Begrüssung, Planung, etc.)
- Gelegentliche Einsätze in anderen Bereichen
Profil
- Abschluss als Rezeptionist/-in (ev. EFZ oder ähnliche Ausbildung)
- Freude, wenn sich der Betrieb dank dir und mit dir weiterentwickelt
- Leidenschaft für den Kontakt mit Gästen & Lust Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Zahlenflair und vernetzes Denken sind kein Fremdwort
- Organisationsfähig und flexibel - strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist Voraussetzung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch & Englisch (Wort und Schrift) , weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Umgang mit dem PMS-System Protel von Vorteil
- Auch in dynamischen Momenten behälst du die Übersicht
- Gepflegetes Erscheinungsbild (Erster Eindruck für die Gäste)
- Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft sind sehr wichtig
- Team-Player und Verkaufsflair ist ein "MUST"
