This leader will drive revenue growth, optimize sales operations, and develop top talent—all while partnering with executive leadership to align on business priorities. Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, driving accountability and performance against individual and team goals Own sales strategy, forecasting, and execution to meet or exceed revenue targets Analyze pipeline, KPIs, and sales metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Partner with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives Improve sales processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies across the division Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction Support contract execution, negotiations, and ensure adherence to business and legal standards Identify risks or performance challenges and implement solutions to drive results Lead team meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategy sessions to remove obstacles and drive production Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement What You Bring
