Essential Functions Define and drive strategy for a product group or portfolio with multiple dependencies
Lead strategic planning and prioritization in partnership with senior product, engineering, and commercial leaders
Guide the work of multiple product teams, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and accountability
Deeply understand customer journeys and market dynamics to inform platform evolution
Track and report business outcomes, adoption metrics, and financial performance
Coach PMs across teams and help shape the organization's product management discipline
Represent your product group in steering committees, exec reviews, and roadmap alignment forums
Location Details: This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum Experience 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
Proven ability to lead without authority and influence across senior leadership
