We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring. You will work closely with developers and operations teams to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and highly available. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment cycles. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ensure high availability, scalability, and security. Automate system provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across development, staging, and production environments. Collaborate with development and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve system reliability. Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in infrastructure and deployment. Participate in incident response efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related role. Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.). Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.). Familiarity with monitoring tools and log management systems. Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience working in the financial industry preferred. Knowledge of networking and security fundamentals preferred. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes preferred.
