Job Description Posted Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:00 AM Are you a visionary data expert ready to shape the future of enterprise analytics? Mission Fed is seeking an Enterprise Data and Analytics Data Architect to lead the technical direction of our Enterprise Data & Analytics team. In this strategic role, you’ll guide the design, scalability, and performance of our data platforms—both on-prem and in the cloud—while mentoring a talented team of developers and data professionals. This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact by modernizing our data infrastructure, driving innovation, and delivering insights that empower smarter decision‑making across the organization. Responsibilities
Lead with Expertise: Set the technical vision for our data systems using Microsoft’s stack—SQL Server, SSIS/ADF, SSRS, Power BI—and Azure cloud services. Modernize & Innovate: Spearhead the migration and transformation of legacy systems to Azure, leveraging tools like Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Apache Spark. Mentor & Guide: Support and coach developers, data engineers, and BI professionals to elevate team performance. Architect & Build: Design robust data models, develop efficient ETL pipelines, and create intuitive dashboards and reports. Ensure Excellence: Oversee code reviews, source control, and deployment processes to maintain high standards and system integrity. Support & Troubleshoot: Provide hands‑on support for production systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends in data engineering, BI, cloud computing, and decision intelligence
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience:
8–10 years in OLAP/OLTP database engineering and design 8+ years with SSIS or Azure Data Factory for ETL 8+ years with SSRS and Power BI for enterprise reporting Deep expertise in SQL Server (2016+) and Azure data services Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Bonus: Experience with Python, PowerShell, C#, .NET, and web/data science development.

Base Pay/Salary: *$130,000 - $150,000 per year Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
