We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst III to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams to analyze current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Location: Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent analytical skills with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements. Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure acceptance criteria for user stories are understood and applied. Support UAT and SIT testers by clarifying requirements and determining defect status. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong facilitation abilities. Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision. Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA. 3 years practical agile experience. Experience working closely with Product Owners to define business needs. Experience refining business processes and converting business needs into epics and stories. Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with both technical and business team members with ease. Prior work experience at client or in client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience as a Product Owner. Additional certifications in business analysis or related fields. Experience in a similar role within a large organization. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Owners to evaluate features and write effective user stories. Document business rules and review technical design with developers. Identify enablers and dependencies within the Agile Scrum team.
