What You'll Do
Develop new business across commercial property management, multifamily, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and institutional clients Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, risk managers, and insurance professionals Generate referrals through networking, industry events, and strategic outreach Conduct client meetings, site visits, and emergency response planning sessions Represent RestoreCore in local associations (BOMA, IFMA, etc.) Partner with operations to ensure strong client experience and retention Manage and grow a consistent pipeline using CRM tools and sales tracking What We're Looking For 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience Prior experience in restoration, construction, property management, or insurance-related sales strongly preferred Existing relationships within target verticals (property management, insurance, facilities) Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and building a pipeline Strong presence, communication skills, and ability to influence decision-makers Self-starter who thrives in a relationship-driven, performance-based role Compensation Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure KPI-based bonuses Strong earning potential for high performers Why Join RestoreCore Established brand with 45+ years of reputation and credibility Clear market opportunity in a growing territory Autonomy to build your book of business Supportive, high-performance culture Opportunity to make a meaningful impact during critical moments for clients If you have restoration sales experience or strong industry relationships, we want to connect.
