We're looking for Medical Assistants who are excited to support patient-centered care and ensure the smooth flow of clinic operations. In this role, you'll help coordinate patient visits, support care teams, assist with administrative and clinical tasks, and contribute to a welcoming and efficient environment for all patients. Key Responsibilities
Support efficient patient flow during scheduled clinics through coordination with care teams
Assist with clerical and clinical duties, including use of electronic systems and documentation
Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and internal teams
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies
Collaborate with clinic staff, volunteers, and providers to ensure high-quality care delivery
Float to other departments as needed Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of office organization and basic clerical skills required
Experience with computer systems and PC-based software
Completion of a Medical Assistant program, Medical Assistant training, or Certified Nurse Assistant course preferred
Prior healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
BLS certification required and maintained thereafter
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment
