Internship Opportunity: 12/24 Months – Digital Support Clinical Trials Location: Montpellier Starting: September 2026 About the Position As an internship support for digital clinical trials within the R&D Early Development Clinical Operations team, you will develop digital solutions and content to aid in patient recruitment for clinical trials. Engage in the dissemination and management of information flows using appropriate tools and technologies, while considering cultural differences and adherence to the graphic charter Participate in the development of recruitment materials for clinical trials while promoting them internally with innovative ideas Contribute to the creation of video montages and newsletters and lead the editorial committee Support the writing of communications for the internal social network, while maintaining an optimized digital environment for information sharing Provide support to ensure the compliance of all productions with the graphic charter and Sanofi guidelines Contribute to the development of training materials for surveys, polls, and presentations within the department Explore and integrate available GenAI tools internally
About You
Technical and interpersonal skills: creativity, rigor, team spirit. Experience in video and photo capture and in the management of information flow projects. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and new digital technologies Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in communication or information science Languages: Fluent in English
