- German mother tongue, good command of technical English, French and/or Italian an asset
- Qualified electrician, electronics engineer, polymechanic or computer scientist
- Customer and solution-oriented
- Proficiency in current computer tools
- Ready to learn, keen interest in technology and new developments
Vos tâches
- Technical support for external technicians
- Helpdesk support for complex breakdowns
- New products: training, testing, implementation, validation, documentation
- Relations with manufacturers, computing centers and other external partners
- Technical support for project managers in preparing installations
