The hiring company is a Swiss family-owned company specialising in the design, development and implementation of highly relevant object-oriented software modules in a mixed environment, i.e. using both workstations and CNCs for advanced machining centres. As part of their activity they are looking for a Software Engineer to join their team in Neuchâtel area, Switzerland. The salary range for this position is CHF90-115K/ year (depending on profile and years of experience)

Poste

Votre profil

  • Master in Engineering or Exact Science
  • A proficiency level in either English, French or German
  • At least 3 to 5 years of industrial programming experience, with previous practice in developing software for a numerical control
  • Good knowledge of C# and of CNC programming language
  • Experience in working with 2D/3D geometrical structures and algorithms
  • Good programming practices, easy to read, logical and obvious code organization
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, motivating those around you with a catching "can do" spirit

Vos tâches

  • Design, develop and implement highly relevant object-oriented software solutions for both workstations and CNCs of advanced machining centres
  • Improve and implement algorithms to process (e.g. generation, architecture, flow control) the large amount of data needed for high resolution machining of specific micrometric geometric structures
  • Interact with colleagues to ensure the functionality and usability of the solutions you develop
