Manage and develop a portfolio of customers within Asset Finance, to achieve specific business goals, and support profitable business growth from a customer base, in line with our strategic plan. Maintain and develop working relationships with key business and functional partners, including key stakeholders to ensure a cooperative approach to relationship management and lead generation. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and advise our customers throughout their product/ financial needs journey. The role has not got direct people management responsibilities. Manage clients effectively in accordance with all policy requirements and best practice to ensure sustainable income and early identification of credit issues through intimate client knowledge. Drive sales activity to maximise new business via the development of both new and existing customer bases. Design and implement a business strategy or plan, to maximise opportunities within an assigned portfolio of clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of new and existing customers. Requirements: Minimum APA in Loans. Full driving license as this role will require travel. Good credit and financial analysis skills. Passion for working with customers and stakeholders to create win-win solutions. Proven success in consistently achieving targets or working to tight deadlines. Specific knowledge and experience of Asset Finance This is a Permanent position, based in Dublin (Hybrid). Is this you?
