Maintenance Foreman Charge hand Permanent Contract 39 hours per week Blanchardstown/Raheny The Charge Hand will play a key role in supporting and collaborating with the General Services team to contribute to the long-term development of general services within St. Francis Hospice Dublin. The person must... Possess a Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) Level 6 (or higher) Advanced Certificate (or equivalent qualification) Possess the National Craft Certificate issued by FETAC Possess the Senior Trades Certificate issued by the Department of Education Have a minimum of 3 years post qualification / apprenticeship experience in maintenance of industrial, commercial and domestic type buildings. Ability to operate across all disciplines of maintenance at trade level demonstrating a good technical knowledge of all engineering and building services within the Hospice environment. Have a Full driving license.
