Overview
Datawatch Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant based out of our Bethesda, Maryland headquarters. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for processing contracts, answering phones and general administration duties assigned on an as needed basis. You'll work closely with the Customer Service and Installation departments. Pay rate is $17/hour plus benefits and paid time off.
All applicants must be willing to submit to a drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities
Process contracts for new and existing clients
Receive and route calls to appropriate sales associate Create and submit small sales proposals Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and Sharepoint Work well with others at all levels of the company Possess excellent time management skills and be able to meet tight deadlines Some experience with Infor is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Benefits
