Supply Chain Product Owner (Data & Analytics)
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid) - Type: C2C Client: Oracle Experience: * 5+ years in supply chain with a focus on data analytics and system integration. * 3+ years with Oracle EBS (R12+) Inventory, Procurement, Order Management modules. * 2+ years using HighJump WMS and Infor SCM for analytics and process improvement. * Proven track record in KPI development and stakeholder engagement. Technical Proficiency: * Oracle EBS data structures & reporting. * HighJump WMS for warehouse metrics. * Infor SCM for supply chain planning. * Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. * SQL/PLSQL for data querying and analysis. * Familiarity with APIs, EDI, and data integration tools. Soft Skills: * Strong communicator and business partner. * Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset. * Agile/Scrum experience in data-centric projects. * Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Define and manage the product backlog for supply chain systems (Oracle EBS, HighJump, Infor SCM) with a data analytics lens. * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key data needs and translate them into actionable system requirements. * Build and execute a roadmap for analytics capabilities, KPI dashboards, and reporting enhancements. * Extract and analyze supply chain data from Oracle EBS (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement). * Leverage HighJump WMS to measure warehouse KPIs like inventory turnover and fulfillment accuracy. * Use Infor SCM for demand forecasting, supplier performance, and planning insights. * Develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for real-time visibility and decision-making. * Act as a strategic advisor across supply chain, logistics, procurement, and finance functions. * Define, track, and report on performance KPIs (on-time delivery, cycle time, cost-to-serve, etc.). * Conduct business reviews, identify trends, and recommend improvements. * Document configurations, KPIs, and processes to support compliance and scalability. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field. * Preferred: Master's degree or certifications (e.g. APICS, Oracle, Data Analytics).
