Location-Type: Remote Start Date: June/July (To be confirmed) Duration: Contract, up to 120 hours (part-time) Compensation Range: $70-78/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The client is seeking a skilled CRM UI/UX Designer to redesign and enhance a graduate admissions portal, delivering accessible, brand-aligned user experiences within a CRM platform environment. Job Summary Redesign the client's graduate admissions CRM portal, including wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes Conduct UX research and gather user requirements to inform design decisions Build modular, plug-and-play content blocks and develop responsive HTML/CSS assets within the CRM platform Design visually cohesive, brand-aligned user experiences with a focus on accessibility and mobile optimization Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and platform teams to align on design direction Present design iterations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback throughout the project lifecycle Potentially redesign HTML email templates within the CRM platform Minimum Requirements Strong UI/UX design experience with an accessible, visually polished portfolio including visual case studies Advanced HTML5 and CSS skills with the ability to deliver production-ready front-end assets Experience designing within CRM or platform-based environments Solid understanding of UI/UX methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards Strong visual design skills across typography, layout, color, and branding Ability to work independently and manage project scope and timelines Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with Technolutions Slate CRM, including portal design Figma expertise (preferred over Sketch or Adobe XD) Experience designing HTML email templates within a CRM environment Higher education industry background Experience conducting usability testing and applying data-driven feedback Experience building modular content libraries and component-based design systems
