About

Providing support to Veterans, the full-time Remote Inbound Call Center Representative will answer incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and document call details while working in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions Document call details in the system and provide excellent service Resolve customer issues and build positive relationships
Required qualifications
U.S. citizenship with two forms of valid ID (one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport) Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check Preferred 1 year of call center experience General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment Reliable flexibility to work solo and on a team
