About

To support the execution and maturity of the company's Control Framework, the full-time AVP - Controls Reporting and Analytics Lead will develop and automate controls reporting and analytics, oversee regulatory and audit activities, and enhance governance transparency in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and automation of controls reporting, dashboards, and governance metrics for management and executive leadership Support regulatory examinations and audits by coordinating and delivering reporting, analytics, and governance documentation Collaborate across teams to build scalable governance and reporting capabilities while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
8-12 years of experience in Controls, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, or related fields Strong experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Workiva Demonstrated experience in supporting regulatory examinations and audit engagements Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analytics/reporting tools preferred Experience administering GRC platforms, preferably Workiva, and leveraging advanced analytics capabilities
