About

Joining a dynamic IT team, the full-time Desktop Support Technician will provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals in both office and remote environments, assisting in troubleshooting and maintaining various operating systems. Key responsibilities
Assist in providing desktop and operational support to assigned sites and remote offices Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, and printers Diagnose and resolve user issues, utilizing remote desktop software for support
Required qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in IT support Additional training or education in a relevant area is preferred Ability to perform routine tasks and follow prescribed guidelines Familiarity with PC operating systems and troubleshooting techniques Effective communication skills for clear information exchange with internal and external contacts
