Provide step-by-step guidance for installing and configuring PC accessories, charging solution, high-performance docking station and sound issues in personal audio. Diagnose root causes of hardware or connectivity issues and offer practical solutions. Required Candidate Profile
1–3 years in an international BPO or technical support role is preferred Basic understanding of AV cables (HDMI/DisplayPort), Type-C PC accessories – docking stations, hubs, smartphone accessories.
