Role Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Sharecare, you’ll handle inbound calls and emails from members and providers, input data, and deliver courteous, professional support. You’ll use internal systems to track communications, troubleshoot issues, and promote program participation.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and emails professionally
Identify and resolve customer needs and concerns
Educate members on program benefits and services
Document interactions accurately in internal systems
Meet call center metrics and quality standards
Escalate complex issues and follow up as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Must be bilingual
Prior customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Comfortable navigating internet and using keyboard efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
