Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients across global markets.
Engage founders, CTOs, and key decision‑makers through thoughtful conversations.
Create targeted outreach strategies that consistently bring in qualified leads.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery calls to deal closure.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client needs.
Conduct regular market research to spot new opportunities and competitive shifts.
Represent MyNextDeveloper in demos, virtual events, and networking sessions.
Keep CRM pipelines updated to ensure smooth follow‑ups and accurate forecasting.
Suggest improvements to BD processes to make them more scalable and efficient.
Track and analyze performance metrics to support strategic planning.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a tech/startup environment.
Prior experience working with global clients or in international markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills — strong conversational ability is non‑negotiable.
Familiarity with outbound sales tools, CRMs, and lead generation strategies.
Proven track record of closing deals and building sustainable business relationships.
A self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Background in B2B, SaaS, or recruitment/tech services is highly preferred.
