Head Of Sales Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of sales leadership experience in B2B Pharma or healthcare experience Proven experience managing teams of 8 or more direct reports Strong track record of scaling a business from approximately $10M to $50M in revenue Experience training personnel Demonstrated success building sales infrastructure, systems, and processes Experience creating SOPs, training manuals, and scalable operational workflows High school diploma Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting; experience with Zoho is not required Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Experience within MedSurg, healthcare distribution, or pharmaceutical sales is required Bachelor's or master's degree is preferred
