Voor een dynamische horecalocatie in Rotterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren General Manager. In deze rol ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie, het aansturen van het team en het waarborgen van een uitstekende gastbeleving. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de vloer, weet medewerkers te motiveren en zorgt ervoor dat operationele en commerciële doelstellingen worden behaald.
Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 20 tot 50 medewerkers en bent verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning, kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, financiële resultaten en de verdere ontwikkeling van de locatie. Daarnaast signaleer je kansen om processen te verbeteren en weet je veranderingen succesvol door te voeren binnen jouw team.
Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen operationele werkzaamheden, personeelsmanagement en strategische vraagstukken. Dankzij jouw ondernemerschap, gastgerichte instelling en leiderschap weet jij iedere dag het beste uit de locatie én het team te halen.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:- Eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie van de locatie
- Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden
- Opstellen van personeelsplanningen en bewaken van de personeelsbezetting
- Waarborgen van kwaliteit, gastvrijheid en service
- Realiseren van omzet- en resultaatdoelstellingen
- Verantwoordelijk voor voorraadbeheer, bestellingen en kostenbewaking
- Toezien op naleving van HACCP-, veiligheids- en bedrijfsrichtlijnen
- Onderhouden van relaties met gasten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders
- Signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen de operatie

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen horeca, hospitality of leisure
- Ervaring met het aansturen van grotere teams
- Sterk in plannen, organiseren en coachen
- Gastgericht en kwaliteitsbewust
- Financieel en commercieel inzicht
- Besluitvaardig en stressbestendig
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
