B2B Sales Representative
. This is a client-facing opportunity centered around meeting directly with business owners, developing strong professional relationships, and helping clients review available benefit solutions. The role is in-person and relationship-driven, with comprehensive training, leadership mentorship, and ongoing guidance provided from the very beginning. This opportunity is based in Cape Girardeau and may also be an excellent fit for candidates commuting from Sikeston, Perryville, Dexter, and surrounding Southeast Missouri communities. No prior corporate experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, outside sales, hospitality, retail management, or other people-focused roles are highly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do
: Meet with business owners and executive decision-makers in person (strictly B2B; no residential door-to-door or retail in-store sales).
Territory Management: Build, expand, and maintain professional client relationships within your assigned local market.
Client Consultations: Conduct scheduled appointments and present available supplemental benefit solutions in a clear, professional manner.
Account Retention: Provide ongoing support to client accounts and facilitate on-site employee enrollments.
Professional Growth: Participate actively in onboarding, business coaching, and leadership training.
What We're Looking For Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an innate ability to build professional rapport.
Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently within a performance-driven environment.
Professional attitude and a solid, disciplined work ethic.
Sales, customer-facing, or retail experience is highly valued, but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for local travel and in-person client meetings.
Willingness to complete the standard state professional licensing process (comprehensive support and study guidance are provided during onboarding).
