Job Details Duties & Responsibilities
Utilizes proprietary tools and reports for analysis and evaluation of space allocation and planogram performance, primarily using Company’s data warehouse.
Manages identification of items to be included in the lifecycle markdowns for all pipeline stores.
Produce and distribute weekly reporting outputs to continuously monitor various Merchandising performances.
Utilizes Company’s “Test and Learn” technology and processes to support key Merchandising initiatives.
Executes special projects and analysis requiring integration between Merchandising, Space Planning, and Store Operations.
Supports Merchandising’s usage of the Company’s proprietary core forecasting system for all core merchandise resets.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Strong analytical capacity and ability to quickly identify opportunities and/or emerging problems.
Solid general business and financial acumen; retail experience preferred but not required.
Ability to manage and execute multiple projects and priorities.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel; solid understanding of relational databases (Access, SQL, 1010data) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and partner cross-functionally.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Qualifications Work Experience &/or Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
One to three years relevant professional experience (financial planning and analysis, retail merchandising, space planning, etc.) required.
