* Conduct outbound calls to prospective and non-ordering customers to generate new business * Engage inbound and assigned leads to convert interest into active customers * Build and manage a consistent pipeline across education and commercial segments * Present pricing, programs, and solutions tailored to customer needs * Establish early customer relationships and drive initial order activity and repeat purchasing * Manage newly acquired accounts for a defined period to stabilize and grow spend before handoff * Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline activity and performance tracking * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales metrics and activity goals

Basic Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required * 1+ year of professional experience (sales, customer service, or related) * Experience managing priorities and working toward performance targets * Ability to work onsite at our Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate or bachelor's degree * 1+ year of B2B sales, customer acquisition, or business development experience * Experience in quota-driven or metrics-based roles * Exposure to education or commercial customer segments is a plus

Note : This position is a minimum of 4 days in the office at our Lincolnshire, IL location with flexibility for remote work on Fridays. * $22.75/hour - $27.00/hour, plus incentive opportunity The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
