Field Sales Representative – Mosquito Hunters Location: Hoffman Estates (May – August). Pay: $20 – $50 per hour. Employment: full‑time seasonal.

Are you a motivated, outgoing individual with a competitive spirit? Do you enjoy engaging with people and seeking new opportunities? If so, we invite you to join Mosquito Hunters as a Field Sales Representative for our summer sales season (May – August).
We are looking to fill this position immediately. No prior sales experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed.
Company Overview
At Mosquito Hunters, we help homeowners reclaim their outdoor spaces by offering professional pest control services, specializing in mosquito, flea, and tick treatments.
We believe we are not just in the pest control business—we are in the customer loyalty business. Our mission is to build strong, lasting relationships while delivering exceptional service.
We are looking for driven, hardworking individuals who will represent our company with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism.
Bonus: When we’re not eliminating pests, we’re brightening homes with holiday lighting installations in the fall!
Responsibilities
Conduct door‑to‑door sales to promote and sell Pest Hunters’ pest control services.
Engage homeowners in friendly, informative conversations about our treatments.
Explain the benefits of our services and address customer concerns.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Offer seasonal service packages tailored to customer needs.
Handle objections and guide customers toward booking a service.
Participate in sales training sessions to enhance selling techniques.
Track daily interactions, leads, and sales performance.
Report results to the Sales Manager and strive to exceed sales targets.
Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
No prior sales experience required – we provide training.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license required.
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people.
Energetic, motivated, and goal‑oriented.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
