Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical business data across our systems. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the efficiency and accuracy of our global operations. No prior industry experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Data Accuracy Accurately enter and verify data from various source documents into our database systems Perform regular data quality checks to ensure information integrity Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors Maintain data entry requirements by following established procedures Database Management Update and maintain existing database records with new information Organize and file digital documents according to company protocols Secure information by completing regular database backups Ensure data is stored in appropriate formats and locations Reporting Support Assist in preparing data summaries and reports as requested Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before processing Support team members with data retrieval requests Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times Required Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer proficiency (Windows/Mac, Microsoft Office/Google Suite) Strong typing skills with focus on speed and precision Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely Excellent organizational and time management abilities Personal Attributes Reliable and self‑motivated with strong work ethic Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong commitment to meeting deadlines consistently Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Discretion when handling confidential information Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Part‑time Job Function General Business and Analyst Industries Accounting Lake Mary, FL $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 | 6 days ago Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at UHY-US by 2x
