Position Overview The solar industry is booming, and homeowners are looking for immediate relief from skyrocketing utility rates. To meet this massive demand, we are looking for hungry, resilient, and highly motivated In-Market D2D Sales Representatives to join our elite field team.
In this role, you are the tip of the spear. You will be canvassing targeted, pre-qualified neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and initiating the conversation about solar energy. You will educate homeowners on government incentives, zero-down financing options, and the long-term savings of going solar. This is a gritty, boots-on-the-ground, field-based sales role tailored for high-achievers who want to write their own paychecks and refuse to be capped by a traditional salary.
Whether you are a seasoned D2D veteran or a highly driven individual looking to break into the lucrative solar market, we offer an industry-leading training program that will give you the blueprint for a six-figure income.
What You’ll Do
Canvass Targeted Territories: Actively knock doors in strategically assigned, high-potential neighborhoods to generate leads and initiate energy consultations.
Prequalify Homeowners: Review current utility bills, assess roof viability, and determine if the home is a strong candidate for a solar installation.
Educate & Overcome Objections: Clearly explain the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy, seamlessly navigating homeowner skepticism and objections at the door.
Set & Close Appointments: Secure dedicated sit-down appointments for comprehensive solar proposals, and guide the homeowner through the contract signing process.
Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and manage your sales pipeline from the first knock to the final installation.
Compensation & Benefits

What We’re Looking For
Unmatched Grit & Resilience: Door-to-door sales is not for the faint of heart. You must possess the mental toughness to handle rejection and keep a positive, high-energy attitude at the next door.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build immediate rapport, speak clearly, and simplify complex concepts (like tax credits and energy offsets) for everyday homeowners.
Self-Driven: You don't need a manager looking over your shoulder to get out in the field. You are strictly motivated by your goals and your income.
Physical Stamina: The willingness and physical ability to walk neighborhoods, work outdoors, and stay on your feet in varying weather conditions.
Experience: Previous D2D canvassing, alarms, pest control, or solar experience is highly preferred, but we will train individuals with the right drive and raw talent.
