Ben jij een sportliefhebber met een passie voor fietsen? Bij Decathlon zoeken we een Sales Advisor voor onze fietsafdeling die klanten helpt hun sportdoelen te bereiken. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar je dagelijks het verschil maakt voor fietsliefhebbers van alle niveaus.
Wat ga je doen?Als Sales Advisor op de fietsafdeling ben je de expert die klanten adviseert bij hun fietskeuze. Je luistert naar hun wensen en geeft eerlijk sportadvies op maat. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de winkel er altijd uitnodigend uitziet, met goed gevulde schappen waar de nieuwste fietsen en accessoires direct opvallen.
- Adviseren van klanten bij de aankoop van fietsen en accessoires
- Onderhouden van de winkel en zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie
- Beheren van voorraad en verwerken van nieuwe leveringen
- Creëren van een welkomende sfeer voor alle sportliefhebbers
- Delen van je productkennis met klanten en collega's

We zoeken iemand met affiniteit voor fietsen en bij voorkeur basiskennis van fietsreparaties. Belangrijker nog is je enthousiasme, klantgerichtheid en bereidheid om te leren. Je bent een teamspeler die graag kennis deelt en klanten helpt.
- Passie voor sport en fietsen
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels is een pré
- Flexibel inzetbaar 16-30 uur per week, inclusief weekenden en avonden
- Geldig Nederlands paspoort, visum of werkvergunning
- Communicatief sterk en klantvriendelijk
- Bereidheid om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen
