Als interner Dienstleister für die Handels- und Marketingabteilungen übernimmt unsere Kreditabteilung eine zentrale Rolle im Forderungsmanagement und in der Absicherung unserer Geschäftsaktivitäten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Credit Control Specialist/ Credit Controller (m/w/d).
- Das Hauptaufgabengebiet Ihrer Funktion beinhaltet die verantwortungsvolle Risikoprüfung eines Ihnen zugewiesenen Länder- und Kundenportfolios der HELM AG.
- In diesem Zusammenhang übernehmen Sie eigenständig die Bonitätsprüfung von Bestands- und Neukunden, sowie die Vergabe entsprechender Kreditlimits.
- Sie fungieren als Ansprechperson für externe Partnerunternehmen und arbeiten bei der Absicherung von Geschäften mit einer Kreditversicherung zusammen.
- Darüber hinaus verantworten und unterstützen Sie das Forderungsmanagement innerhalb der Abteilung Kredit, welches neben der Kontrolle von Kundenkonten, das Mahnwesen sowie Inkassotätigkeiten beinhaltet.
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung - vorzugsweise als Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandel oder als Bankkaufmann bzw. -kauffrau oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium.
- In vorherigen Positionen konnten Sie bereits Berufserfahrung im nationalen und internationalen Forderungsmanagement gewinnen. In diesem Zusammenhang haben Sie ebenfalls eine strukturierte, analytische und präzise Arbeitsweise entwickelt.
- Ihre ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität zeichnet Sie aus und innerhalb des Teams, als auch zu externen Schnittstellen, agieren Sie als offene Kontaktperson. Sie haben Freude daran Ihr Wissen zu teilen und lösungsorientiert eventuelle Problemstellungen zu bearbeiten.
- Gängige IT-Anwendungen wie das MS Office Paket beherrschen Sie sicher -idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System (SAP).
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
