Van ontspoorde trams weer op de rails zetten tot het ter plekke oplossen van een ruitenwisserprobleem: jouw team staat altijd klaar om storingen snel op te lossen of onderhoud te plegen. Gemotiveerd en toegerust om elk probleem te tackelen. Dat komt omdat jij een natuurlijke leider bent, die het beste een team naar boven weet te halen. En, net als zij, houdt van techniek. Samen zorgen jullie dat werkzaamheden soepel verlopen en onze reizigers op de tram kunnen rekenen.
Als Teamleider Tramonderhoud ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een goed draaiend monteursteam. Je zorgt voor een werkplaats waar overzicht, rust en werkplezier samenkomen, zodat jouw team elke dag het beste uit zichzelf kan halen.
Je brengt structuur in het werk, stelt duidelijke doelen en zorgt voor een slimme verdeling van de werkorders. Daarbij bewaak je continu de veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en kosten. Je houdt het hoofd koel als het druk is en weet precies waar je moet bijsturen om resultaten te behalen.
Je bent een zichtbare en betrokken leider die makkelijk schakelt met verschillende mensen. Met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en natuurlijk gevoel voor leidinggeven weet je collega’s mee te nemen, aan te spreken en te motiveren.
Tegelijkertijd kijk je vooruit: je investeert in de ontwikkeling van je team én die van jezelf. Je stimuleert vakmanschap, zorgt dat kennis op peil blijft en blijft ook zelf groeien door training en opleiding.
Je werkt in een technische omgeving waarin flexibiliteit belangrijk is en je vindt het geen probleem om ’s avonds of in het weekend aanwezig te zijn. Met jouw ervaring in het aansturen van teams weet je hoe je structuur, resultaat en ontwikkeling samenbrengt op de werkvloer.

- Het salaris voor deze functie bedraagt minimaal € 4.170,- en maximaal € 6.004,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur per week in schaal 10A. Inschaling vindt plaats op basis van opleiding en relevante werkervaring
- Een 13e maand, 8% vakantiegeld, 1,5% duurzame inzetbaarheidsuitkering plus een goed geregeld pensioen;
- Gratis onbeperkt reizen met het openbaar vervoer van GVB;
- Mogelijkheid om hybride te werken met een thuiswerkvergoeding;

Je geeft leiding op de werkplaats Tram, aan een hecht en enthousiast team vanmonteurs. Sommige monteurs hebben al meer dan 40 jaar ervaring, anderen komen net van school of kozen na hun stage voor een loopbaan bij GVB. Een mooie mix dus! Jouw team is onderdeel van de afdeling Railmaterieel, waar 300 collega’s samen zorgen voor de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van zo’n 80 metro’s en 220 trams.
