FunctieAls Outside Sales Zeevracht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen en beheren van een klantenportefeuille, met een sterke focus op het aanbieden van op maat gemaakte zeevrachtoplossingen. Vanuit onze vestiging in Berchem speel jij een sleutelrol in het vergroten van het marktaandeel door langdurige relaties op te bouwen. Je taken omvatten onder andere het proactief werven van nieuwe klanten, het strategisch beoordelen van klantpotentieel, en het bieden van innovatieve logistieke oplossingen die aansluiten bij de wensen van de klant. Dankzij jouw uitgebreide marktkennis en jouw vaardigheden in onderhandeling slaag jij erin het bedrijf te laten groeien.
- Actief klanten werven en ontwikkelen door middel van prospectie en persoonlijke verkoopgesprekken.
- Het beoordelen van klantpotentieel en het opstellen van strategische offertes.
- Relaties op lange termijn opbouwen en onderhouden, met focus op vertrouwen en samenwerking.
- Strategieën implementeren die gericht zijn op groei en het behalen van verkoopdoelen.
- Het nauwkeurig bijhouden van verkoopactiviteiten in CRM-systemen (Sugar CRM).
- Klantspecifieke oplossingen aanbieden door middel van jouw diepgaande kennis van de sector.
- Risico's en kansen beheren om de belangen van het bedrijf te waarborgen.d
De ideale kandidaat heeft ervaring in de zeevrachtsector en beschikt over de technische en commerciële vaardigheden om succesvol te opereren in een competitieve markt. Je communicatieve vaardigheden en strategische inzicht zijn hierbij essentieel.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare positie binnen de zeevracht (import en export).
- Grondige kennis van expeditiediensten, inclusief consolidatie.
- Aantoonbare vaardigheden in conflicthantering, besluitvorming en strategische planning.
- Sterke jagersmentaliteit met uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en interpersoonlijke capaciteiten.
- Het vermogen om buiten de gebaande paden te denken en innovatieve oplossingen te bieden.
- Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- Integriteit, sterke werkethiek, en een klantgerichte aanpak.
