Compensation: Starting rate is $23.30 / hr 
 
 
We are  hiring Full Time CDL holders with passenger and air brake endorsements to join our growing team of Bus Drivers!
 
Looking for a new and exciting career and the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life? Coach USA is actively hiring full time bus drivers to join our growing team at our Paramus, NJ location.

Whether it’s the individual passenger going to work or a group of passengers going on an adventure of a lifetime, we want drivers who will play a significant role in people’s lives.
 
What we offer:
  • Competitive Wages – Up to $27.00 per hour after 1 year plus
  • Paid training while completing the Coach USA training - program.

  • Paid Holidays & Personal Time Off (after 3 months)
 
Qualifications:
  • Have a CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements – no permits
  • 21 year or older
  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • No history of DUI/Impaired Driving Violations in the last 7 years
  • Pass Pre-employment essential function test
  • Pass Pre-employment drug test
  • Meet DOT physical qualifications
  • Be willing to work varied schedules, including weekends, Saturday and Sunday
