Site Agent / Senior Engineer Civil Engineering (Roads & Infrastructure) Location: Louth We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead delivery on a major road construction project in Louth, with a strong focus on earthworks and road construction Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of engineers, direct labour and sub-contractors for all Earthworks and Site Works elements of a new road construction project Drive the pace of the project and plan the work in the field Temporary Works Design & Coordination Takes ownership for ensuring that HSQE protocols are adhered to on sites at all times Maintains quality control procedures at all times You will liaise with the Project Manager on day-to-day basis.

Provide input and direction on the project with a focus on Constructability, Costs and Efficiency Maintain and complete comprehensive site records, in line with company procedures Flags any issues with the Contract Management Team, which have the potential to have an impact on the effective delivery of the project
- I.e., materials, works schedules, resources, H&S matters or issues relating to cost or delivery schedule Contributes to and completes project programmes, at various levels i.e.
overall programme, 6-week lookaheads and 3-week lookaheads.
Coordinates and priorities the sequence of activities on site Follows the Project Plan as a means of ensuring that work is carried out on time and on budget About You: You will have a relevant degree, BSc, BEng or MEng degree in Civil Engineering 7+ years hands on operational experience managing a range of Civil Engineering projects. xyswxtq
Proven experience managing civil engineering projects, ideally within roads or infrastructure Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent understanding of earthworks and site operations Confident in programme planning and short-term scheduling Committed to high standards of health & safety and quality This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile infrastructure project and play a pivotal role in its successful delivery.
