FunctieIn deze gevarieerde functie als customer service medewerker te Roeselare ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon, mail en chat. Je behandelt uiteenlopende vragen, meldingen en klachten en zorgt steeds voor een correcte en professionele opvolging.
Geen klassieke callcenteromgeving: je analyseert situaties, zoekt intern informatie op en stemt af met verschillende diensten om tot de juiste oplossing te komen.
Je verantwoordelijkheden:
- Beantwoorden en opvolgen van klantvragen via verschillende kanalen
- Analyseren van complexere dossiers en coördineren met interne afdelingen
- Correct registreren van acties, resultaten en klantinformatie in het ERP-systeem
- Opvolgen van dossiers van A tot Z zodat elke klant een kwalitatief antwoord krijgt
- Mee fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor het digitale klantenplatform/app
- Klantenervaringen positief ombuigen door oplossingsgericht te werken
Naar wie zijn we dan op zoek als customer service medewerker?
- Je beschikt over een graduaat- of bachelordenkniveau aangevuld met ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
- Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Communicatie in het Frans schrikt jou niet af
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief sterk
- Je durft intern collega’s aanspreken om informatie te verzamelen en neemt ownership over jouw dossiers
- Je blijft correct en professioneel, ook in uitdagende klantengesprekken. Je denkt in oplossingen en niet in problemen
