What You'll Do
As our Inside Sales Representative, you're the first voice a homeowner hears when they reach out to our company. Your role is absolutely crucial to our success as a company. Your job is to build immediate trust, understand their situation, and set the appointment for our acquisitions team to take it home. You'll also own the long-term follow-up on existing leads, staying organized, staying consistent, and making sure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
This is a high-volume phone role, with the most important metric being the live answer rate.

Compensation:$50,000 - $70,000
Responsibilities:
- Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
- Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
- Responding to inbound leads quickly and warmly
- Qualifying homeowners and scheduling appointments for our closing team
- Following up with leads in our pipeline on a structured, consistent schedule
- Celebrating wins with a team that genuinely has your back
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
- At least one year of experience as a sales representative
- High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
- Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills
