Responsibilities Account Management
Manage digital media campaigns—including display, mobile/tablet, OTT, pre‑roll video, lead generation, and custom sponsorships.
Proactively monitor daily delivery metrics, provide clients with optimization recommendations, ensure campaigns meet KPIs, and secure incremental budgets and renewals.
Collaborate with Ad Ops and Publisher Development teams to analyze campaign performance and develop optimization strategies.
Problem‑solve and troubleshoot operational issues, working collaboratively to identify and resolve problems.
Develop robust reporting for assigned campaigns and proactively send performance updates to clients.
Assist Sales with upselling new or existing products to clients.
Manage DSP clients, build relationships, and support account growth.
Planning
Respond to RFPs; develop media strategy and create Excel and PowerPoint proposals.
Dissect a brand’s brief and align client goals with Adprime offerings.
Leverage DMPs to identify segments and forecast inventory for proposals.
Work with Publisher Development to request availabilities and develop site lists.
Build and manage a first‑party data segment library.
Collaborate with third‑party data providers to identify relevant segments and forecast scale and inventory.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital media planning and/or campaign management; managed service and DSP/exchange experience preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
Team player who is positive, hard‑working, and has a can‑do attitude.
Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and clearly communicate findings.
Forward‑thinking with a client satisfaction mindset.
Programmatic experience and/or prior experience in healthcare advertising is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
BA/BS required.
Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000
