They conduct travel paths, ensure critical control points are being followed, and take immediate corrective action when standards are not met.

Financial stewardship is also a key responsibility. The Certified Swing Manager manages labor deployment to support sales volume while controlling costs. They monitor waste, complete product counts as required, and protect company assets by following cash-handling and security procedures.
