Scooters, a 26-year-old family business, has a purpose to cultivate relationships. We specialize in farm to table coffee, our sweet spot.
Customers love Scooter's Coffee not only for our amazing coffee, but also the genuine happiness our baristas share with each other and customers. Simply put, we like and respect one another. We are seeking a manager to lead store operations. This full-time position is mainly days (including early am shifts) with some evening and 1 weekend day shift required.

We want to help our team succeed, and everyone on our team helps with this success. In this role, you'll be accountable to hit business numbers each week:
- Cost of goods sold
- Labor costs
- Lane time
- Growing sales

- Barista hiring and scheduling
- Property cleanliness (inside/out)

- Interview, hire, train, and develop leadership depth
- Ensure consistent and quality customer experiences through proper staffing, execution of brand beverage recipes and techniques, and fostering the Scooter's "Amazings"
- Ensure your team is maintaining a great store appearance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, food safety standards, and equipment
- Corporate meetings, training and development
