Als operator molen zorg je ervoor dat het maalproces vlekkeloos verloopt, van scheepslossing tot eindproduct.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vlot verloop van het volledige productieproces.
Je zorgt voor een correcte opstart, opvolging en gewaarborgde werking van de installaties waaronder de scheepslossing, het reiningsings-, maal- en persproces.
Dit doe je via PC- gestuurde processen of door manuele bediening van de machines.
Functiebeschrijving
Je bedient de besturingscomputers van de verschillende productieprocessen.
Je neemt op geregelde tijdstippen stalen voert testen en analyses uit en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de gemaakte producten.
Je volgt de voorraad van de tarwe- en bloemsilo’s op en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve afwerking.
Je werkt zelfstandig en kan kleine storingen in het productieproces oplossen.
Je begeleidt en helpt mee bij de (de)montage van machines voor het reinigingsproces.
Je zorgt voor een vlotte ploegoverdracht.
Je houdt je werkplek netjes.Profiel Wie zoeken we:
Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd en/of ervaring met procestechnologie.
Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
Je draagt de hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels hoog in het vaandel
Je hebt interesse in techniek en beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht
Jouw ervaring of achtergrond in de voedingssector is een pluspunt.
Je bent in staat de verschillende processen eigen te maken en neemt hierin het voortouw.
Je bent zowel een teamspeler als iemand die zelfstandig kan werken en durft beslissingen te nemen.
Je kan vlot overweg met PC, ervaring met SAP is een troef.
Je bent bereid te starten in een 2 ploegensysteem. Na jouw opleiding zal dit in 3 ploegen zijn. Indien nodig werk je op termijn ook af en toe in het weekend.Aanbod Aanbod
