- Je biedt administratieve, organisatorische en operationele ondersteuning aan de CCO.
- De agenda’s, afspraken en vlekkeloos verloop van vergaderingen, daar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor.
- Je bereidt documenten, presentaties en verslagen voor, en volgt deze nauwkeurig op.
- Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe contacten.
- Je bent flexibel en pikt vlot in op ad-hoc vragen en wisselende prioriteiten.
- Je denkt actief mee over het optimaliseren van processen binnen de organisatie.
- Je werkt mee aan het opmaken, structureren en actualiseren van commerciële documenten, projectfiches en portfolio’s.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat offertes, wedstrijd- en kandidatuurdossiers er piekfijn uitzien, zowel inhoudelijk als grafisch met tools als InDesign en Photoshop.
Heb jij oog voor detail én feeling voor architectuur?
- Je hebt relevante ervaring in een administratieve, ondersteunende of grafische functie.
- Je bent vertrouwd met architectuurplannen en begrijpt de diverse stadia van bouwprojecten.
- Je bent een krak in plannen, organiseren en efficiënt multitasken.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
- Flexibiliteit en het snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken zijn voor jou een evidentie.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent professioneel in je aanpak.
- Nederlands en Frans kennen geen geheimen voor jou; kennis van het Engels is een extra plus.
- Je bent handig met MS Office en Adobe-programma’s (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Discretie, betrouwbaarheid en een scherp oog voor lay-out typeren jou.
