Sales Development Manager
to lead our SDR team focused on the
US B2B market . Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of SDRs targeting the US region. Develop and execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email, calls, LinkedIn, events) to drive qualified leads. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and optimize campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and continuously improve lead generation efforts. Manage and optimize tools like Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo. Hire, onboard, and upskill SDRs to maintain a top-tier team. Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven success in outbound lead generation for the
US B2B market . Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools. Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with US time zone overlap. Preferred: Experience in SaaS, IT Services, or Enterprise B2B Sales. Prior exposure to mid-market and enterprise clients in the US.
