*The Challenge: *We are bypassing traditional design to build a "Disney Imagineering-style" patient journey across 5 rooms in our private medical office (Waiting, Screening, Smart Bathroom, Holding and Scanning MRI suite). We are utilizing factory-direct MicroLED walls, LiDAR tracking arrays, and Unreal Engine 5 to create an immersive environmental ecosystem that eliminates patient anxiety.
*Here is the catch: We are moving at warp speed. This entire project must be designed, procured, physically built, programmed, and launched within 90 days.* Walls are coming down this week.
We need a fierce, independent, technically capable *Creative Technologist or Experiential Producer* to act as the Practice Owner’s Right-Hand Lead. You will not be fetching coffee; you will be driving the execution of this project daily.
*Immediate Priorities (What You'll Do on Day 1):*
* *First 7 Days:* Vet our direct-to-factory Chinese LED specifications, confirm international UL/ETL electrical safety certifications, and pull the trigger on expedited air-freight hardware ordering.
* *Creative Ownership:* Finalize the storyboards for our interactive 3D worlds (_Deep Star Nebula_ & _The Whispering Canopy_) and hand off blueprints to our software developers.
* *Technical Management:* Recruit and manage a fast freelance programmer (TouchDesigner/UE5) on Upwork to build the interactive tracking software in a desktop sandbox environment while construction is underway.
* *On-Site Construction Liaison:* Coordinate directly with our local licensed commercial electrician and drywall contractors to ensure brackets, power loads, and structural wall blocking match the technical screen specifications.
*Who You Are:*
* A hungry, high-achieving recent graduate, advanced graduate student, or seasoned freelance professional in *Themed Entertainment Design, Creative Technology, Interactive Media, or Spatial Experience Engineering*.
* Someone who is highly proficient in real-time 3D environments (*Unreal Engine 5* or *Unity*) and interactive frameworks (*TouchDesigner*).
* Deeply familiar with the logistics of spatial hardware—you know what LiDAR sensors, OSC network packets, plenum cables, and media server specifications mean and how to hook them together.
* An absolute hustle-mentality. You thrive on tight deadlines, love taking autonomous control of a project, and are excited to work directly 1-on-1 with an entrepreneurial business owner who cuts through all corporate red tape.
*Requirements:*
* *Must be able to start immediately.*
* *An active project portfolio or video reel* showcasing real-time interactive systems, 3D world environments, or physical spatial installations is *mandatory* for consideration.
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
