The Integrated Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting NexCore Group's marketing operations and execution across multiple business lines, including healthcare, life sciences, and senior living real estate development. This position ensures seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver compelling marketing materials, campaigns, and content that reflect NexCore's brand, expertise, and market leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills and an understanding of creative production workflows. They will help move marketing projects from concept through launch, coordinating creative assets, managing timelines, and supporting execution across digital, print, social, and event channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end marketing workflow, from creative build and review through production and launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and brand consistency are met.
• Manage project intake, routing, and approvals across teams (Development, Capital Markets, People, and Operations) in collaboration with the Marketing Management team and Creative Services.
• Maintain project schedules, creative briefs, and tracking tools to ensure alignment with business objectives and deadlines.
• Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, pitch decks, proposal templates, newsletters, and event materials.
• Liaise with print vendors, designers, photographers, and digital partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content across NexCore's digital channels, including LinkedIn, the company website, and email campaigns.
• Support website content updates, news stories, and project portfolio additions in collaboration with internal teams and web partners.
• Track and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and digital reach to help inform future content and strategy.
• Contribute ideas for creative and engaging social media and digital storytelling that reflect NexCore's brand, values, and thought leadership.

Brand Management & Content Support

• Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Assist in proofreading, fact-checking, and coordinating revisions for marketing and communication pieces.
• Maintain organized libraries of marketing assets, photography, and creative templates for use across departments.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to collect project details, success stories, and data points to support case studies, presentations, and award submissions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a professional services, real estate, or creative agency environment.
• Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools preferred. Experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.) and social media scheduling tools. Excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills. Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.

Benefits

• Compensation: $55,000-$70,000/year
• Eligible for discretionary benefits: performance bonus target
